Ratty the Blue-Eyed Rattata

This was a commission for CrazyComicLady on Youtube (I don't know if she has a deviantART or not) of her oc, Ratty the blue-eyed Rattata. She asked that I make him as cute as physically possible, and I hope I succeeded! I certainly think he's adorable. I just wanna snuggle him and pet his ears~
I love the color scheme in this picture so much. It's too bad the scanner was unable to comprehend the brightness of the original colors... it's much bolder in real life.
